Welcome to Tik Books, your go-to destination for quality, effective learning and affordable Workday Configuration Guides ebooks. The author of Tik Books, Tik Loon Lim, had just moved from consulting in SAP HR into Workday in 2016, and found that resources to learn Workday back then was severely limited. Tik Loon did not have the chance to attend Workday trainings and mostly learned by himself through hands-on experience and from his senior colleagues. Noticing this gap in available resources to learn Workday, Tik Books was launched to address this and to help others to quickly learn and skill up in Workday configurations without going through so much trial and error, hitting dead ends, etc by sharing his learnings in an easy to read, step-by-step approach, full screenshots guidance, realistic business requirements examples and even including steps to reproduce some of the custom reports that has been very useful to realize immediate value.

The author has close to 10 years of experience in Workday and is currently a Product Owner in Workday Security with Baker Hughes.
